Can not get requests for new ringtones on the phone to Verizon?
Every time I go to the music and tones, then get new ringtones, then get new applications until a message appears that says can not verify the account information, please call Customer Service. This phone is the enV2, I just received a new, free, because my old broke. Could this be why?
If you simply active, waiting two hours for all of the information being updated on your servers and try again. You should be fine.
