Is there anyway to download free ringtones on my Nextel with a data cable?
I noticed you have a data cable for my Nextel i730. Really I want some ringtones and I can not download them to your phone using cable. Besides, you know where I might find some?!?! Thanks!
You need a program to do this. Make sure you're Infact have a data cable and not just a cable modem. Since most cables to be used if you have a lap top for you to use your phone as a modem. If Infact have a data cable go to this website http://global.mobileaction.com/ download the program for the i730. The program will let you put mp3 and MIDI ringtones for your phone. You will have to reduce their songs to a size because the phone memory will not put full songs on it. I recommend "Power MP3 Cutter. You can download the program from http://www.download.com/Power-MP3-Cutter-2006/3000-2169_4-10556712.html?tag=lst-0-1 Once you cut the mp3's you want to use the program to upload to your phone.
