What cell phone companies do not require a credit check to sign up for phone plans phone? Verizon? Cingular? T-Mobile? I would like capablilities Internet with a new phone, caller ID, answering service, ability to download ringtones free, and possibly a camera phone too, but a camera phone is not absolutely necessary. Thanks for any advice or suggestions you would be willing to share!
